DISPUTE
POLICIES
We have an "open door" policy for our customers who feel they have
received a violation in error. You are welcome to dispute a violation, under the guidelines below.
1. You must dispute the violation within 14 days of receiving it. You may dispute
by email if you include your violation number or tag number, but if you have supporting documentation, please mail it to us.
2. We may void your violation if you paid but did not clearly display your paystation
receipt. If you have a valid paystation receipt, please mail it to us with the violation.
3. We may void your violation if you are a patron of the Belcourt Theatre. If
you attended the Belcourt Theatre and still have your ticket stub (and you received your violation at the Belcourt Lot), please
mail it to us with the violation.
4. We may void your violation if you are a monthly parker. If your monthly hangtag
is valid but was not visible, please send your name and permit number with the violation.
5. We may void your violation if we are in error, or if you made an honest mistake
by not paying or failing to have a valid paystation receipt on display. If there is a reason why you feel we should
void your violation, please send your violation to us with a written explanation.
6. Whether to void a violation is solely at Value Parking's discretion.
Although we often forgive first-time violators, we are less forgiving of repeat offenders.
7. Failure to pay the amount due may result in additional charges and/or immobilization.
