Downtown parking customers who prefer an affordable, clean and safe parking option in the area of Nashville’s Public Square have an alternative at the Elam Lot. 

The Elam Lot is also an option for customers who currently ride the Nashville Downtown Partnership’s shuttle to LP Field.  In fact, the distance from the Elam Lot to James Robertson Parkway is only about a football field – a short walk for downtown employees who may want to leave the office for lunch or errands. 

Also, the lot is clean and well-lit, with no pot holes or broken pavement – unlike many other parking lots in the area.

Directions to the Elam Lot

To go to the Elam Lot, follow 3^rd Avenue North from James Robertson Parkway, heading north out of town. 

Go through the 4-way stop at Gay Street, then approximately 70 yards past that point you will cross the railroad tracks. 

The Elam Lot is immediately over the railroad tracks, on the left side of 3^rd Avenue North, before the Harrison Square Condominiums.
